It is essential to recognise that if anyone aged under 18 is being blackmailed online following sexual activity then this must be identified as being child sexual abuse or online child sexual exploitation (CSE). This week the National Crime Agency (NCA) has launched a national campaign to raise awareness about " Sextortion" or web cam blackmail.
